Free Replacement
If one of your blinds or shades has been measured incorrectly, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase

1 Replacement Limit
1 remake per item; maximum of 4 item remakes per customer within 30 days from the receipt of the order (unless the error is caused by us, in which case, we will rectify it!).

20-Day Fulfillment
Once we've received your incorrect blinds, we’ll remake or adjust your order to your correct measurements for free (at your new size) within 20 days of the date your order was delivered.

Beasen Perfect-Fit-Guarantee is an insurance policy that guarantees that the blinds you ordered will be produced with the correct measurements. If we fail to do so, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement blind with the correct measurements.

Perfect-Fit-Guarantee covers incorrect measurements only, and blinds & shades will only be remade with the same specification, color, features as per the original order.

If you are ordering multiple products and are unsure of your measurements, we recommend ordering one item to start to learn how easy it is to install and feel confident that your measurements are correct before ordering for the rest of your smart blinds.

Please notify Beasen Home of your new measurements within 30 business days upon receiving the order and specify which shades or blinds are incorrect. Please note that the Perfect-Fit Guarantee will not be valid once the 30-day has elapsed.

If the blinds or shades are made to the measurements specified by you but turn out to be incorrect due to your measurement error, The Perfect-Fit Guarantee does not apply in such circumstances.

According to this warranty, each customer is allowed one (1) opportunity for a remake per order and/or product, with a maximum of four (4) items eligible for remaking within a 30-day period from the receipt of the order.

Perfect-Fit-Guarantee does not cover any blind or shade made within our stated tolerance sizes (generally +/- 2-3mm).

If the price of the Perfect-Fit-Guarantee order is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If the price is lower than your original refund, you will not be given a refund. Please note, the price used for Perfect-Fit-Guarantee will be the price shown at the time of placing your Perfect-Fit-Guarantee order - We cannot honor any previous sale prices.

We will remake that product to your corrected size specifications at no cost to you, other than a small $10 shipping fee. The only time you may incur a remake charge is if there is a difference in price between the original product and the remake.

If the item is out of stock at the time of placing your Perfect-Fit-Guarantee order. We can either refund the amount paid for Perfect-Fit-Gurantee or you would need to await for the stock to arrive in. We would not refund the original item.

Photo evidence must be required to show how product does not fit window when requesting remake under this guarantee.

An oversize freight fee of $150 will apply on remake orders with products 94" or more in width. your Perfect-Fit-Guarantee order. We can either refund the amount paid for Perfect-Fit-Gurantee or you would need to await for the stock to arrive in. We would not refund the original item.
