Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, brackets, valance clips/magnets, connectors, tilter mechanisms, bottom rail plugs, spacer blocks, equalizers and tensioners.

Up to 3 years: Parts replaced at no charge.

After 3 years: $10 charge for parts.

Up to 3 years: Product remade at no charge.

After 3 years: All materials can lose original intensity depending on use.

This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered after 3 years.

Covers tears or other defects in fabric, separation of fabric from slats or vanes, warping of slats and/or broken or cracked vertical vanes.

After 3 years: Fabric and slats/vanes are considered wearable items and are not covered after 3 years.

• Yellowing or cracking of plastic parts or faux wood product • Creeping, sagging, or billowing of cordless product that is not properly raised and lowered daily

*In the event there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective blind / shade will be replaced.

If damage occurred during shipping, call 1-800-608-8117 and report within 14 calendar days of delivery or you may be denied credit for your damaged product.

THIS SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

If this Beasen product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will (at our discretion) do one of the following:

• Repair the product • Replace the product • Refund the cost of the product

• Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases

• Discontinued items or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product

This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state/province to province. The obligations of Beasen Home is limited to the replacement or repair of parts or products found to be defective. It is at the sole discretion of Beasen Home to determine whether product will be replaced or repaired.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other written or oral warranties or obligations and liabilities. The duration of any implied warranties for any product is limited in duration to the warranty term applicable to such productt as set forth above.

No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty. No agent, representative, dealer, or unauthorized employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty. This limited lifetime warranty supersedes any previous versions.
